CATCH - Training Centre Administrator

CATCH is seeking to appoint a Training Centre Administrator to support the operations at CATCH.  The role will include operating the booking system for room hire in the busy Conference and Training facility.  The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a busy, customer facing role delivering high quality customer service.


Key Responsibilities

  • Operate the room booking system
  • Receptionist for providers, trainees and visitors
  • Make necessary arrangements for catering or other service provision for course meetings and events
  • Handle in-coming telephone calls
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
  • Provide a general day-to-day administration service for the business

The successful applicant will possess excellent communication and organisational skills together with experience gained in a busy, customer-focused office. You will be self-motivated and enjoy working in a small team to produce high quality results.  Relevant qualifications and experience would be a distinct advantage. The salary will be dependent upon experience and applications will be considered for working either full-time, part-time or on a job share basis.
